An expert in the fast-paced world of finance, Mohammed Rouf has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions and strategy. He has held several CFO positions the financial, IT and supply chain and logistics verticals, with a common goal to improve business processes and build regional excellence.

At Radianz (JV of Reuters), Mohammed was the European Finance Director, assisting in the £45 million divestiture to the in-house private equity arm of JP Morgan (One Equity Partners). To pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy (quadrupling in size) and expanding globally, Raouf spearheaded a number of acquisitions whilst successfully handling the challenges associated with PE backing. The company then aimed for a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Being results orientated, Mohammed has added value in a variety of investment scenarios, including leveraged, turnaround, restructuring and new market development. Past employers include Cable & Wireless PLC, Anglian Water PLC, Majid Al Futtaim and Al Naboodah.
