Providing a holistic, educational opportunity, tailored to challenge children, The Global Skill Seekers Award has been developed with a strong emphasis on enquiry and the improvement of skills.
Empowering futures, one skill at a time, the extracurricular concept is designed to provide children with an immersive educational experience that is modern, digital and beyond conventional learning.
The first award in the GSSA series, The Rising Star Award, is entirely digital, empowering each child to curate their own online portfolio, where they can document their unique learning experiences.
The programme offers a diverse range of age-appropriate activities encompassing essential life skills, inquisitive exploration, entrepreneurial spirit, cultural enrichment, and community engagement challenges.
Open for children from four years old to 13, the Global Skill Seekers Awards plan to be exactly that, global. Sometimes likened to the UK’s Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), the GSSA aims to help young people build life-long belief in themselves, supporting them to take on their own challenges.
