Whether auction processes, joint ventures, secondary buy-outs, co-investments, consortium arrangements, restructurings, convertible loan issues and trade sales, he is highly-skilled and brings decades of experience to the team.
His impressive career spans both Europe and the Middle East, representing leading private equity institutions, well-known multinational companies, and ‘best-in-class’ regional corporates businesses. A deep knowledge of M&A has seen him close a number of highly-publicised, market-leading transactions, and his experience gained during his time in the MENA region allows him to operate according to local jurisdictions.
Fraser is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)® charterholder, obtaining his qualification from the CFA Institute, a globally-recognised body offering qualifications in the field of investment management and research analysis. Fraser successfully passed all three CFA program examinations in three consecutive years.
